- For orders below INR 995, a flat shipping charge of INR 80 will be applied.
- Cash on Delivery charge: ₹150 How long it takes: Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
- Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.
- We dispatch all orders within 24 working hours after processing them.
- If we expect a delay in your order due to public holidays or unforeseen reasons, we will ensure the earliest possible delivery and keep you informed.
- Tracking your order: You’ll receive an Email/SMS/WhatsApp with a link to track your order.

- Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions: The products you received do not match your order.
- Received defective products.
- Products damaged during transit.
- Shipment lost during transit.
- If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at hey@shenzation.co within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: Order number Delivery Address Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
- We unfortunately will not be able to entertain return request post 48 hours of delivery.
- We will then check with our delivery partner for reverse pick-up.
- If possible, we will arrange a return pick-up.
- In case if your pin code is not serviceable for a return pick-up, you’ll need to return the product to us at your own expense.
- Ensure the products for return are in original unused condition in its package.
- We will send out the replacement once we inspect the returned product.
