- Sticky Rice
- Nori Sheet
- Pickled Ginger
- Tempura Flour
- Wasabi Powder
- Premium Soy Sauce
- Distilled Vinegar
- Sesame Seeds
- Sriracha Mayonnaise
- Sushi Mat
- Chopsticks
Notes: All ingredients (except utensils) are portioned for two. Refrigerate perishables after opening and follow any printed instructions inside the kit for best results.
- It usually takes 5-6 working days for a package to reach.
- You will receive a tracking link as soon as the package has been picked up from us.
- In case of any tracking issue, kindly contact us immediately.
- Eligibility for Exchange: 1.1.
- You may initiate an exchange within 1 day from the date of delivery.

- Please note that only items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for exchange.
- The whole kit or all the contents in the kit will not be exchanged.
- Initiating an Exchange: 2.1.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@kitsters.in 2.2.
- Provide the order number, the reason for an exchange, and any relevant details about the product condition.
- 2.3.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- 2.4.
- In the rare event that you receive a completely damaged or defective product, we will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, for damaged or defective products.
- Return Shipping: 3.1.
- Kitsters is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases where the product was not received during delivery and is an RTO.
- In which case, the customer has to pay extra shipping charges for re-shipping the product.
- Refunds: 4.1.
- In case of a product being out of stock after the order is placed, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order.
- 4.2.
- In case the delivery partner is not able to service or deliver the product to the customer, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order.
