- Shipping charges are included in the product price.
- Typical delivery time is 3–5 working days depending on location.
- External factors may cause delays; customers will be notified if delivery extends beyond 7 days from the order date.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact hello@carrypro.in within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a pickup and replacement.
- If the product is received in perfect condition but you wish to return it for subjective reasons, request a return within 48 hours of delivery via hello@carrypro.in.
- Returned items will undergo a quality check; any damage will disqualify a refund.
- COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
- Only one return is allowed per customer within a 30-day period.
- Color exchanges (if applicable) incur a ₹250 pickup/delivery fee and must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
