Returns
- CarryPro is committed to delivering to you high-quality, thoughtfully-designed premium products.
- However, if you happen to receive a damaged product or the product that you did not place an order for, we initiate a pick-up and deliver a brand new product to your doorstep.
- These orders cannot be canceled.

- However, if you receive the product in perfect condition and you do not like it and wish to return our product due to any subjective/unknown reason.

- Once we receive the product, we will run a quality control check and refund the full amount.
- Any damage to the product will disqualify you for a refund.
- In the case of COD payment, we might ask for your bank details or UPI to refund the full amount.

- If your first order is returned due to the non-availability of the customer then it will be considered as 1st return.

Q : How big is the bag?

Q : can it fit a laptop?
A : The left and right side of the bag has stretched MESSED pockets and bigger zipped pockets to keep water bottles, wet clothes, and other handy stuff. The top gives access to the main 40L bag storage volume which also has a LAPTOP compartment and a document compartment. The laptop can be accessed from the side zipper also. The outside zip pocket on the top is good for glasses, eatables, and other quick-grab items.
Q : Details
A : We have given the METRO CARD pocket and SECRET POCKET at the back to keep your passport, wallet, or other valuables. No need to open your entire backpack to access them. This avoids daily troubles.
The WATER-REPELLANT 1000D PU-coated fabric keeps the water away. However, water tends to enter through zippers and that’s why there is an inbuilt RAIN COVER at the bottom to protect the bag from wet conditions.
Q : Care instructions
A : Please dip the backpack in the lukewarm water with mild detergent. Leave it for 15-20 minutes and wash it with fresh water.
Machine wash is not recommended.
